| Notes: | Queensland weekly notes are included in a separate section The new series of the Queensland Reports commenced in 2020. In the new series, the citation style is based upon a continuous series of volume numbers. Also any citation refers to the year the judgment was delivered, and not merely the year of publication of the relevant volume. eg. A 2019 judgment in Wilmar Sugar Australia Ltd v Queensland Sugar Ltd was published in 2020, however it is properly cited as (2019) 1 QR 1.
